1 hr. step class w/ toning crunches |
i hour strength training class. We focused on LEGS the whole time and I almost couldn't walk out of the class. OH HOW I LOVE THE PAIN!! :wl:

Thursday-50 minutes bike
16 minutes treadmill |
Friday:
jogged a mile 12 minutes stairmaster (half level 2, other half levels 3 and 4) crunches on an incline (I can tell this is really helping me!!) hip and calf weight machines (upper body is still sore from Wednesday!) |
Thursday- Took off
Friday-Bootcamp 75 min - "Race Day". We did a obstacle course of running, push ups, wall climb, monkey bars, burpees, log lifts and sprinting 3 X's. I was so out of breathe by the last one. I thought I was going to pass out. That's what I get for skipping 2 days this week and eating so bad. :( |
Friday-REST
Saturday-60 minutes (that's ONE ENTIRE HOUR) bike-did almost 17 miles on two weight loss programs and boy is my tush sore Hopefully I'll exercise tomorrow, we're thinking about going to a drive-in movie so we'll see if I can make it....I'm really having a funnel cake dilemia too....one bite WILL hurt me because I won't stop. We'll hope for the best!! *smile* Have a good weekend ladies! Amber |
Saturday: walked a LOT, not like speed walking, just wandering around and shopping and such. Extra walking because we parked in my BF's work lot and got locked in, so we had to walk home! Which means today we have to walk back down there to try to get our car out!

Saturday -
No formal exercise, but walked around six flags for 4 1/2 hours. Sunday- 20 min elliptical on gluteal 2 level 8 25 run/jog at 4.5-5.0 on treadmill |
