jogging outside, about 2-2.5 miles crunches as usual upper-body work with 5-lb weights |

Friday- Breakfast Club class at gym this morning. Sprints mixed in w/upper body strength training. |

Saturday - 15 minutes of DDR, until I realized that my game pad is pretty much worthless 30 minutes Bollywood & bhangra dance DVD (conclusion: I am the world's WORST dancer, but at least no one but the cat and the boyfriend were around to witness it.) |
