I did 30 minutes on the exercise bike last night and the WATP easy walk 1 mile. Today I plan to do 30 minutes on the bike and either 30 minutes treadmill or toning....probably gonna hold off on toning until tomorrow.

My cold is pretty much better, so back to work for me!

Friday:
jogging - 3 MILES!!! I did intervals on the first mile, and finished it in 12.5 mins. All three took 43.5 minutes. I never thought I could run for so long!
crunches as usual

and I might walk home from school today (1.5 miles).

I did 30 minutes bike and 28 minutes treadmill last night with 2-3 minutes running and 4 minutes walking intervals.
today I will do 30 minutes bike, walk with kids and dog (which really isn't a work out but at least I'm not sitting on my rear end) and toning.
Good luck to all!

Friday-
Went to a class called Breakfast Club at my gym. It's 1hr. Today we did running, running with a partner with resistance bands around your waist, lots of push ups and lots of lunges. My booty hurts! The gym's head boot camp instructor teaches it so I figure I better start going if I want to prepare myself. Only 17 days till GAC boot camp!
Then 20 min on the elliptical just to shake my legs out!

Friday-45 minute walk with kids and dog
40 minutes on exercise bike
20 minute toning video (not as sore as the first time *yay*)

Today I'll probably take it easy and Maybe just do the bike for 30...once I get down there (the basement) I usually jump on the treadmill...we'll have to see.

Good job on your race and on your MS walk!

I kinda slacked. We spent 6 hours in the hot sun putting together a swingset for my kids (the wooden kind where you have to cut all the pieces) so I was BONE TIRED last night. I'll be back at it tonight.

Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the exercise bike and 5 hours screwing a swingset together (sore shoulder today and last night) but I did it anyway.

Today-kids are going to Grandmas so I may do WATP this afternoon and bike/treadmill this evening. We'll see.
