Mon & Tues - Moved so got plenty of exercise in that way
Weds - 55 min walk/run intervals (40 mins running and 15 mins walking total)

I have to get my running up. Boot camp at my gym starts on 5/2 and I don't want to be the slowest one again this year!

upper body weight training and abs
Tuesday:
3.1 miles running on treadmill
lower body weight training
Wednesday:
15 min elliptical
16 min stairmaster level 10
20 min recumbent bike
abs exercises
Thurs :
3.1 miles running on treadmill
upper body weight training
Friday:
20 min stairs level 10
20 min elliptical level 5
lower body weight training and abs

Friday: crunches as usual
30 mins basketball (for a change!)

I'm going to try to get in some jogging outside tomorrow . . . I was going to go this morning, but it was raining, blah!

Smile Hi, I'm New :-)

Hi :-)

My name is Kim and I am new to this board. I am getting married to the man of my dreams on June 3, 2006 and I would like to lose about 30lbs. I would like to be 107lbs. You may think "107lbs?? That is too skinny!"...well I am barely 4'11. I need to lose the extra weight. My FI travels with his job and will be gone for the next 10 months. I hope to really SHOCK him when I am small :-) I think he will be surprised. I am aprox. a size 10 currently and I would like to be a 2/4. I have lost 3lbs in the last 4 days. I am on a very strict diet plan and I exercise at my work (I am an Event Coordinator for the City of Sacramento and I do a lot of running!). I will be graduating from college this May (my goal is 33lbs by May 20th).
