    40 min pilates caribbean workout DVDs
    3.25 miles walking on track
    1 hour playing doubles tennis

    Monday:
    30 min stairmaster level 8
    35 min upright bike
    upper body weights and ab training
  • Sunday:
    1-mile walk

    Tuesday:
    45 min. elliptical
    40 min. weights
  • 14 min tread, 16 min bike
  • Walked around all day at work.. 8hr 45min
    30 Minutes TreadMill
  • Wednesday:
    20 min run
    15 min sit-ups
    15 min leg weight machines
  • Wednesday.....
