Okay I have to brag!! I have felt like I was in a rut lately, but I stepped on the scale today and Im down 2 lbs!!! Its not much.. But Im so happy!!! I was sure that Id gain.. but I didnt!! YA!! GO ME!!! :strong: :tread: :goodscale
