Ran 3 miles both Saturday and Sunday..woot! And have been doing my crunches and pilates legs moves.

gym opens today so I can lift too!

Monday: Clambering round plant in 30°C heat in full safety gear for an hour, 20 min walk

Haven't been on here in awhile, and let me tell you I haven't been keeping my end up either. I've had some slumps going on this past month. But I'm back in full gear with my fiance's help. Don't know what i'd do without him. I mean I get so upset if I dont lose anyway weight within a week that I just get aggrivated and say why am i trying. And Now i realize I'm a small girl I just need to tone up. Anyways...

I ran 2.5 miles
200 crunches
100 push ups

did a quick lil 10 min cardiobixin right when i woke up and about 200 abs

3 miles on the indoor track tonight and another 300 abs!

..and how could i forget..probaly gettin in a good 2 miles of walking from my dorm to all my classes and everything else in -10 wind chill.....brrrrrrrrr

NBK-DEFFINATELY girl push ups lol...I've been doing for awhile never thought i'd get the definition that i have by doing them..my fiance and I were quite amazed..i like doing them though.


Anyways first day of class started up again today...my girlfriend and i went out to dinner to a mexican restaurant (damn damn damn) I was pretty sensible though Its that TOTM though..which sucked we split a fried ice cream...eeekkk i couldn't resist but I did pretty good these last couple days on eating and I hadn't ate much today so I splurged, so i'm good for sweets for the next couple of months!!!!!

Well now i get to go read...IT BEGINS!!!!!!!!
