January goals!

  • Yes, it's that time again!! Time for our monthly goals!!

    This month, it is time for me to refocus and get my routine back on track. So here are my goals for January 05!

    1) Cardio 5 times a week.
    2) Weight training 3 times a week.
    3) Eating between 1500-1900 cal a day.
    4) Drink water!! not my favorite....
    5) Reconnect with myself and feel good about myself.
    6) Feel more comfortable in 'my too tight due to hoilday' pants.

    Easy uh? hehe

  • 1) Run 4 times a week
    2) Do weights 2 times a week
    3) Drink at least 64 oz. of water/day
    4) Stick to 1300-1500 calories/day
    5) No bingeing!

    I haven't set any real goals yet,. IF I make it through the next few months and still lose weight with out going on the depressed bingeing rollercoaster .. That will be a wonderful goal.
  • My goal for January is to have a loss....any loss!
  • Jan Goals:

    1) 5 days a week at the gym: 5 days of cardio (45 mins on strength training days and 60 mins on non-strength training days), 3 days of strength training

    2) AMP UP CARDIO - i can work harder

    3) 1500 cals a day

    4) drink water

    5) beat my boyfriend everytime he tries to get me to eat crap food

    (1). Walk/run five days/week.
    (2). Pilates three days/week.
    (3). Drink at least 78 oz. water/day.
    (4). Eat sensibly OP.
    (5). Lose some weight!
  • lose weight by:

    1-cardio 45 min. 3x a week
    2-weights at least 2x a week
    3-plan meals-bring lunch, go shopping get more fruits and veggies
    4-no eating after 7pm
  • january goal 1 no alcohol i've been running at 90% proof for the last week and eaten lots of take aways. 2 generally make an effort not to drive everywhere 3. just generally make an effort lol
  • Hmm my january goals are: be as committed to the gym when my BF is onshore as when he is away on the rig while i have had some results from my 2 weeks at the gym, 2 weeks away lifestyle.. i want to do better...

    not give in to the takeaway monster moret than once a week...

    encourage BF to go to the gym with me..although he only needs to go for 2 weeks and he gets his 8 pack back.. lucky boy!
  • Tanny, I love your boyfriend-related goal...I am constantly fighting with myself to just order dessert when he wants too...but we can do it! My goal for January is to stick to my diet and not eat food that i KNOW will make me feel like crap! Over the past 3 weeks I definitely didnt lose as much as I wanted to, so I am going to really focus during the next 6 wks to reach my valentines day goal!
