I have a feeling there won't be too many posts on this thread this week, but hey, I'll put it there for anyone who wants it!
I just had two days of not being entirely on plan (drank my water, exercised and ate right for the most part, but my friend came back from Europe with lots of chocolate, so I ate too much of that). I kept it all on my Fitday log and didn't eat more calories then I expended, so I shouldn't see a big gain, or hopefully, no gain at all. I just want the water weight to go away - and not have to see a too high false number. Maybe tomorrow morning...
