Tanny - well done on your body fat loss! that's great.. so maybe the reason the scales aren't moving is that you are putting on some muscle mass! Using your body fat as a goal is a really good idea. I think that's what I am going to do, more than worry about weight quite so much!
As for boys being smelly.. mine isn't! he smells great!!! I know what you mean about them thinking you still smell great when you get back from the gym.. i've had that too! he he.
Miss Michelle - Congrats on breaking out of the 160's! i can't wait to do that either.. only 3lbs to go..it's funny what a lift you get just from seeing a different set of numbers!
The measuring tape is a great idea.. i have one but have been too scared to get it out recently, although I have a pair of skinny shorts and skinny jeans that i use.. I can now get the shorts done up. They look revolting but that's not the point. 6 months ago, the wouldn't make it past the top of my thighs! same with the jeans..except they look ok. i could wear them out with a long top!
We had a major plumbing issues in our flat over the weekend, by sunday night, we had one toilet and one shower and that was it in terms of things working for 5 people! ugh...hopefully it's sorted when i get home.. the dishes are starting to smell (some smart person, not me, despite being told we had no water decided to cook fish for dinner last night! and of course left all the scraps etc out ont he bench too.. loving those amine smells).. it is kind of funny though.. we all had to queue up for the bathroom this morning! first time we have all been in one place in ages.
