sunday: 40 mins of strength training w/ Dean (aka cute trainer), and then 45 mins on elliptical
monday: off, did a couple core moves at home, but nothing serious
looks like i am going to be taking two days off this week (the past few weeks i have been only taking 1 day off), because today was supposed to an "on" day but there was just too much stuff i had to do at home, and then wednesday also has be an "off" day bc i have to go to my moms for her birthday.
