Hi girls

Sorry I haven't been much around, I not sure if I will be the rest of this month. I'm still not doing well. Gained lots of weight cause my pants have gotten tight. My guess is above 143 but I don't wanna weigh in.

hey there everyone! I'm doing ok but just maintained the last week still 130. This 2 weeks are going to be **** with 2 big tests and then xmas holidays oh can I survive it withouth gaining? Hope everyone's doing ok and losing :)

Hey...sorry i havent been here in awhile either...I weighed in and back up to 140 lbs...so depressed....guess i just have to keep on trugging along...I am going to try working out everyday. I hope you are all doing much much better than me. :) bye

How do I start this?
 
Hi, i'm 18, just started college this year, and I've been wanting to lose weight...probably since I was born. I'm 5'10 and about 170. I've always wanted to weigh around 150 or 145. that's my dream! :) My mom has always dieted, and so have I. I just recently found this website and it looks like a great support system. I always feel like I have no control over my eating habits. I'm hoping to find people who can hold me accountable and maybe that will be a driving force to keep me on track. So how does this work?
