Sunday: two mile jog
Monday: three mile jog and abs Tuesday: 1/2 mile jog, 30 minutes weights, glutes |

50 min. tennis 20 min. walk |
Wednesday: 30 minutes jogging :tread:

2 hours of tennis Wednesday: 1-mile walk 1 hour of water aerobics |
Thursday - 50 minutes of The Firm :sunny:

20 min. walk Thursday: 50 min. tennis 25 min. walk 50 min. tennis |
Friday - 45 min of Pilates :dancer:
Well I made my five days for the week.... hmm... so will I be lazy this weekend? :shrug: |
