Hey Jen. It's not been such a good week for me either. I just have to focus on getting through one week at a time. School starts up again tomorrow. I am so excited! But, means more & more business. Can't I get a break?
My goal for this week is to abstain from frivolous treats at work and to exercise only 3 times. If I can make this I can do anything.

HI all... its been awhile since I posted regularly. Trying to get back into weight loss and all working out. My first step is to find a new gym which I hope to do by Wednesday. Next steps are eating better. Trying to work in more salads and fruits MWF each week instead of the normal sandwich.

Well, it is pouring down rain here all day, and is putting me in a sleepy mode, it is supposed to rain all week...ugh...ok, that's it for the weather brief, back to you Bob.

Hey, ladies. I didn't have the best food or exercise week last week. The weekend was worse. But, I'm trying hard to get on track this week. I'd love to lose the rest of this weight soon! I'm tired of this.

I can't believe that there is only 25 days left of our challenge! I better get my butt in gear here... well I have been in gear since Monday and kicking butt, so I'm well on my way!

I HAVE MADE IT THROUGH ONE DAY OF THIS WEEKEND! Weekends are soooo hard ... the temptation was there... I even said no to going out for dessert when I soooo badly wanted to. I did it!
