This topic has more than likely already been covered in another post, but I just had to ask. Has anyone ever used Metabolife or something similar? And if so, how did it go? I have the ephedrine free also.

I've never used it before, so I wouldn't know. Sorry - I'm sure someone here could give you some help though.

I used it a few years ago, just for a day. It gave me an upset stomach and made me nervous and jittery.
