I've had a lot going on in my life the past couple of weeks and it's been hard to keep this a priority. But I've got to. I have so much health to regain and clothes tooo..... Sorry. I had to go an a little rant. Well, I'm still going for 158. Maybe I'll get there if I really apply myself. Sorry so depressing tonight. I'm not normally like this. I hope to get to know you better. well I am back on track.. I took the weekend off and didn't really mind. That is mostly since I watched what I ate and kept moving out in town but that is fine. I didn't gain anything but lost half a lb instead so that is good. I did start back on my routine today though and did very well. Well that is all for now.
Sounds like every one is doing pretty good. I weighed myself yesterday and lost 1/2 pound last week. I have been doing pretty good about working out so I think I may have gained some muscle and I'm happy with the 1/2 pound.
I've been feeling kind of run down the past couple days so I took a couple days off my workouts and haven't been trying to eat that healthy either. Luckily since I'm not feeling well I haven't eaten too much junk. Back on the wagon tomorrow. Hopefully not too much damage.
Welcome to all the new people! It is encouraging to hear from so many people that are excited about losing weight. It helps to keep up my own motivation.
I haven't updated in awhile, but it's going okay - I've met my goal of 300 mins. of execise per week every week so far this challenge, water has been pretty good as had food most days. I'm at 177 now, leaving me 5.5 lbs. in a month. I can do that, I know it! Yesterday was the beginning of a NO-WEIGH challenge for myself - I'm going to try to stay off the scales from 10/4-10/30. My last weigh-in was Sunday. Maybe I'll get a big surprise when I weigh in at the end of the month.... here I come 160s!
Well I weighed myself this morning and have gained 2 lbs....not good news, but I am wanting to chalk it up to TOM....hopefully that's all it is and will melt off of me by the end of the week......
This week was pretty good, ending on a sour eating and water intake day, but hey, I am weak. Exercise was awesome, eating and water were good minus one day.

well I have 4 more lbs to lose in the next 2.5 weeks. I hope that I can do it and will step things up a bit in order to make it there. That means that the next time I weigh (Not counting thursday's) I will have to get 2 lbs off of me. I hope that I can. Hope everyone else is close the their goal and makes it there.
Everyone seems to be doing great! My goal is to be in the 140's by Halloween;so I guess I would really like to lose 4 - 5 pounds in the next 2 and a half weeks, but I will be happy to lose 2 to get to 149, lol. way to go everyone, keep it up!!!! i will try to be around more!
I haven't budged. Then again, I have put in a total of 7 miles at the track for this month....that is horrid!!! I should be getting in at least 12 or more a week!
I have been distracted with mid terms. I am happy to report that I'm doing well in my courses...so at least that is going my way.
