Another Newbie
 

Hi! My name is Lauren - I'm 20 years old and a senior in college. I'm 5'3" - In high school, I weighed 115. By the time I got married a year ago, I was 125. I am now around 145. I really want to loose weight now - my wedding dress was a size 4 and I now wear a (tight) size 8. I'm going to be buying some new clothes in a few months for my student teaching next spring. I'd love them to be in a smaller size! Also, within a few years, my husband and I would like to have our first child. I have heard from many of my friends how much harder it is to loose weight after children, so I'd really like to be in great shape before getting pregnant. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you
