hey guys
I been having the munchies like really bad lately, what do u guys do when u have the munchies but dont wanna eat? I've already had my meals so i odnt have any calories left for the day. (on my diet plan)
How is everyone doing? my internet has been all messy i hate it |
Try drinking a glass of water. Sometimes that helps me!!

yep i totally have tried the water thing and it hasnt worked but thanks for the idea i'll keep trying it.

if you're that hungry, go with some fruit... it may have calories but at least its healthy... i haven't heard of anyone gaining weight from a peach! :lol:

I try chewing gum, sometimes its just an oral fixation for me and gum helps.

Sometimes I also drink a big glass of water & the desire to munch will go away. I also have used the trick I heard somewhere to go brush your teeth and floss! After your mouth feels so good you don't want to really eat on something...it works!

I will drink water or have a small piece of reduced fat cheese or a glass of skim milk. Sometimes celery (with it's almost negative cals) satisfies with it's crunch!

water and sugar-free gum usually do the trick for me...
