pilates: 20 mins
Treadmill: 20mins
Stair Climbing: 6mins (still find this one the hardest)
Ok I burned a total of 3537 calories this week...
Start my new week tomorrow My goals from the next week are to burn 3500calories and to have a total of 400mins.

other activities: 25mins
Sauna: 6mins (just trying it out gonna do it again it burns 20cals per min)
