Just when I'm feeling really frustrated about this weight-loss thing, a beautiful card comes in the mail for me from my aunt. I wanted to share it with you guys and to let you all know that I'm very happy for ALL of you. So, congratulations everyone - keep up the good work!

How sweet is your aunt!? That's so great to have such wonderful support and encouragement from your family. I know that card probably means more to you than your aunt knows!!
