Weekly Weigh-in 4/11 - 4/17
I feel as though I've been "stuck" just under 200 for a few weeks, even though I've lost consistently for the last few weeks. Grrr... my motivation is not at top-speed right now, but I think I'll feel better once my weight rounds to 190 instead of 200, so hopefully that will be this week!

This weekend I weighed myself twice-first time I was down 2, second time up 4. So I'm going to say that I weighed the same. That way I still have 5 pounds to go to make my May day challenge.

Whoa! I stepped on my scale in fear this morning b/c its ToM and because I gave in to my Pepsi cravings this weekend. 153! I can't even believe it! As I was updating my signature, I looked at it and realized that I've almost lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks! I know you lose quickly when you just start out - but I was skipping around the apartment in glee and my kitten was so confused so he started chasing me. What a great way to start a Monday morning! (I hope this never has the opposite effect on my Monday mornings - I'll just have to remember how it'll feel to wake up on a Monday and have a gain instead of a loss THAT'LL keep me motivated!) :crossed:

I lost 1/2 pound this week, but I was looking at my stats, and I gained one week, and I must not have reported it here. So, even though I lost a 1/2 pound this week, my signature shows me up 3.5 pounds. No fear. It will be off soon!! New motivation has struck!!!

159.6 only a loss of .2 lbs. from last week.

Its official. I am down 2 pounds. Only 3 to go to make my goal for the month. :D

a well-deserved gain
I am up several to 172 again. I knew it was coming; on my SD trip I indulged often (and just plain overate!) and didn't have my usual exercise routine going. I'm just thankful it isn't more, and that I can "nip it in the bud" now, while it's still a manageable amount! Such is life; I'm livin & learnin. ;)

You are still doing great Jen! You also might want to think about taking measurements.. you could also be increasing your muscle mass with all that working out.
