Monday: 60 minutes of dancing

Tuesday - weight lifting - 40 minutes (arms, legs, back, and chest) aerobics - 1 hour (our instructor injured her neck so she was EXTRA hard on us, whew!) stationary bike - 15 minutes eliptical - 10 minutes *I love Tuesdays and Fridays!* |

lunch hour walk (to the Vietnam Memorial and White House :) ) 20 min. Pilates video 20 min. on the bike 15 min. running WHEW! |

My off day but I did some lunges, squats, and leg lifts :)

Thursday:
1-hour lunchtime walk dancing with my friends at college night at the bar! hehehe (although the alcohol offset all progress made at burning calories) |
