Food Logs
Hey girls. I took a look at this past week and realized I exercised 6 of 7 days!!! But I thought about what and how much I ate. :hun: Too much of not good things! :jeno: Of course I justified it by saying "it's okay. It was my birthday this day:hb:. And this day I had a meeting. And blah blah blah." Anyway, realizing eating this way isn't going to help me meet my goals, I am starting to keep a food log and track my calorie intake. I feel like if I have to share my log with someone I'm going to be a lot more careful about what I eat. :eating2: I know some of you are counting calories/points and whatever else. Does anyone want to share our food logs for the day, similar to how we have an exercise thread?
