Girls, what is that lovely scent? Hummmm... must be 1derland! -5 to 205. <little dance, little dance> This puts me right on track to lose 2 lbs./wk. to reach my goal of 199 by April 1. I hate to say it, but as of right now, that sounds so easy! Haha! Easy! Yeah, right! Oh well, completely and totally doable. Actually, so doable it's done. Bam.

I found the courage to step on the scale since I have been home for Spring Break. The scale is reading an ugly 140lbs. AHHH!!! I need to reevaluate and get down to 129 (anything under 130) by June. I need to get BACK on program. I have gained 8 of the dreadful "Freshman 15"

You can do it billinar! I can totally identify with the freshman 15!!! Find a program and stick to it!!! Make sure you're getting plenty of activity. I know it's hard when you have to study for hours on end. Good luck!

I am going to start my weigh in's now. :) My official weigh in for my first weigh in is 170. (That is no clothes). I will weigh in every Saturday morning after my workout.
