Congrats on the jogging Jina - if I can jog for 20 mins. straight at 220 lbs., I KNOW you can do it... and probably a lot more once you get going!

30 min. walk at steep incline

Wednesday: moved the harp (haha I break more of a sweat and get my heart rate higher doing this than the exercise I do! LOL)
