Alright gals, this is the week - the Valentine's Day Challenge is up! I am so sure that I made it, I can't wait to check in on Wednesday morning with my final VDay Week weight! Good luck all! Last week was captured by losers, let's hope this one is as well!
Well, I forgot to weigh myself last week, life just gets in the way sometimes
Finally some signs of loss! I started the WW point program and that has helped alot! The last time I recorded my weight was Monday 1-26-04 and I was @ 238.5, today I am @ 231.5 YAY!! And that was after I went on a stupid beer/pizza binge on Saturday night! (at least it was cheese pizza ) Used all my flex points and then some! Who knws what it would have been if I hadn't sone that. Oh well! I must think of the posistive only!!!
Well, I said I wasn't going to weigh myself today but of course the first thing I did this morning was hit the scale. I lost a lb!!! YAY!!! I obviously won't make my Vday goal but its still possible to reach my February goal. I didn't lose the 5lbs I wanted, but I am down 3 since mid January, which isn't bad!!
I only maintained this week... still at 180. I'll weigh myself again on Saturday just to see if I lost any more. 3 lbs. away from my V-day goal, but I'm not too bummed about it. After all, I *did* lose 7 lbs!
I *cannot believe* I lost a pound this past week. I went from 173 to 172. I almost didn't weigh (which I've NEVER done), I had a rough week & lots of mess-ups, so I was fantasizing about avoiding the scale.....but thought lots about it, and was encouraged by DH as well to just FACE whatever it was going to be. I'm so glad I did--I lost a pound! All I can say is God is very good to me, it's a "miracle" pound, and it doesn't make sense. But YAY!!!
