Weekly Weigh-in: Jan. 11-17

  • I lost 4 lbs this past week!!! I know it's probably all fluid, since I'm just starting out... but I was excited to see the scale start go down. Talk about motivation to keep on going, yay! (Well, plus YOU GUYS are motivation too!)

    How are the rest of you doing?
  • Yes yes YES! I have lost, for the first time in way too long! Down to 225 this morning! It seems like I don't lose weight for a few weeks, then all of a sudden, I lose like 5-10 lbs. in one week! Really odd - it's hard on my motivation during the off-weeks but man does it feel good this morning!

    I stepped on the scale today and it said 180! But I'm not going to believe it until I weigh myself on my parents' scale (it's new, digital, fancy... and it's the one I've been using to monitor my weight) *crossing fingers*

    Mine turnedout to be a fluke... one day 231, then 230, the next 227... now 231... blech I'm not very motivation today!

    Well, I maintained this week. Didn't lose, didn't gain. And while I'm happy I didn't gain, I really should've been able to lose so I'm a bit frustrated. I need to work harder at this! My eating needs to get as good as my exercising is. Here's to next week being better!
  • Went to the doctor's and she said I'd lost 32 lbs. since the last time I'd been in! Sweet!
