Wednesday:
20-minute walk 60 minutes on the glider |
Monday: weights, 15 minutes abs class
Wednesday: weights, 15 minutes elliptical goal for tonight: 30 minutes elliptical, ab work. |

I didn't go to the gym last night but I did a Pilates tape.
This morning I did the same one again. TOnight I hope to go to the gym and get in my lower body weights, and maybe take an abs class. |
