Nothing Wednesday for me and the outlook for today doesn't look good either! Although there are rumblings about a possible public transportation strike this Sunday, which would mean a lot more walking for me!

Yay! Feeling better!
Could finally get back to working out today--it felt good to get back in the groove! And tomorrow it's back to the gym.
Thurs: approx. 2 1/2 mi. walk (was going to run part of it, but then decided not to push it after being sick)....took about 30-35 min. |
On the road again!
I am so excited! All I can think about is that stupid Willie Nelson song... On the road again.... but I need to change it to eliptical! Finally made it back to the gym today! Yeahhhhhh!
Weighed in- not to bad, and took it kinda easy. Just did 30 min at 8 resistance, was going to lift but the cough started to creep in so I'll try that in a day or so. Jina, way to go on bumping up your time! |
No exercise last night for me :( I really really hope to go tonight, but I am in crunch time to get my project done before I leave for Phoenix on Sunday.

Back to the gym today...
It felt good to get back into the gym routine today!
Friday: 35 min. elliptical (a brand-new machine they're "testing" on us--why can't they just stick with what works?) 25 min. weights |

Saturday workout
45 min. walking/running intervals.
I ended up running about 30 min, and walking about 15 min. I did one of the miles at 6 mph (10-min. mile!). Which sounds not-that-great, but was actually really hard for me, so I'm proud! ;) |

I'm glad I got that in! My allergies are acting up yet AGAIN this weekend and that really makes me feel weak! |
