Weekly Weigh-In 10/19/03 - 10/25/03

Okay ladies its time for another week of weekly weigh-ins. Just jot down your weight whenever you weigh in this week.

I'm skipping this weeks weigh-in due to TOM :( Hopefully I will have a drop next week.

Well, I stayed the same this week. At first I was disappointed, but realized it was close to TOM. How much of an effect can this have? I've never really tracked my weight before to notice its effect.

Holy cow!!! I had no idea it could be as much as five to six pounds. I guess I won't be disappointed until after it's over. Hopefully, I'll have a loss next week. Thanks for the info, Lynnie!

Take care,
Jina

Sept. 12- 165.4

Sept. 19 -165.8

Sept. 28 - 164.2

October 6 - 162

Oct. 13th - Didn't weigh

Oct. 21st - 161.6 (okay I said I wasn't going to weigh due to TOM but stupid TOM hasn't come yet for some reason so I couldn't help myself)

Jina I feel the same way. Don't be dissapointed. And yes Lynnie is right about 5 lbs. of water weight. That bloated feeling isn't just in our heads as men think it is. Next week I'm sure you'll show a loss.

Lynnie, Jina and Jess - WAY TO GO!

Lynnie - you did awesome, girl!

Jina - TOM will wreak havoc on your body! I decided I'm no longer going to weigh in during TOM because it tends to be so inaccurate. If I were you I'd be thrilled to have stayed the same.

Jess, nice loss! Keep it up!

I didn't weight in yesterday for many reasons, one of them being TOM. Also, I just got back from a weekend of splurging at an out of town wedding and then I went straight to Atlantic City for our anniversary (where I splurged even more). So, after all of the wedding cake, beer, liquor, hot wings, pizza... I am not really anxious to hop onto the scale. TOM is just the icing on the cake!

Good luck to everyone else weighing in this week!

Jen - I was SO excited to see you break into ONEderland last week!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I can't believe you lost 5 pounds in one week!!! You rock!

Well, this is my 1st ever week maintaining, I'm still at 195. Though I know that weeks like this just come with the territory in weight loss, I'm still a bit disappointed. After all, I've lost every single week since I started! But, I will not let it get me down--I will let it inspire me to work all the harder, instead. I did lose 5 pounds last week, so in a way I'm not surprised I maintained. I had a good week, though! The only "indiscretion" being a brownie sundae last night!?!!? Wondering if that could make a difference, but I doubt it.
Anyway, here's to a better week next week!

Jen ;)
