friday night
45 minutes on eliptical
15 minutes of good stretching

hot tub time ??? till pruny ;)

Since I won't be on later tonight this is what I have going on.

60 min. of step, plus abs
Volleyball 2 games tonight (womens and co-ed)
I love playing with the boys (hard spikes) but it's such a better work out (more controlled, continuious and faster) playing with the girls.

The typical Monday workout...
 
Today I did the elliptical for 35 min. and then my weight training for about 25 min. The cool thing was, today was our teacher work day, so I got to the gym about 20 minutes earlier....and now I'm home earlier! Feels good to have the workout DONE.

Tuesday's workout
 
Today I walked approx. 2 1/2 miles, outdoors (it's warm, breezy, beautiful day!). I did NOT feel like going....but I got myself in gear anyway, and ended up enjoying it (and walking a bit further than I'd planned on!). As always, SO glad I did it in retrospect!
