after an absence, a loss!
 

Hi everyone,
after a short bout of posting here I got hooked on the journals, so even though I check up on everyone here every day I haven't posted in a while. But this board is what converted me to 3FC, so I just wanted to thank everyone who posts. And let you know that the scale showed a 1lb loss today!! The first loss in months!!! :cb:

Thank you everyone and good luck! I will make an effort to post here more often, because the boards are better when they're more active and I need to contribute to that.
