Have children, will exercise

Just looking for some suggestions.

I have two children, my daughter just turned 2 and my son is almost 9 months. My problem is finding time to exercise. I have a treadmill but can't use it because I fear my son will grab it or something and injure himself. So, if anyone has any suggestions on how I can fit some exercise into my day, I would appreciate it.

Maybe you can get up an 45 min-hour earlier than the babies wake up, and use that time?? Nap time is always good...and I know that we put our 2 year old daughter down to bed around 8-8:30 pm. Nice early bed time for her, lots of nice alone time for mommy and daddy. :o You could always use that time. Good Luck!

To build on the above post...
Maybe you could even do a couple of short (15-20 min?) stints on the treadmill throughout your day. Maybe one short session during your childrens' naps, and then another after they go to bed. Even short session add up over time & will benefit you lots! Good luck!

Thanks MyXyphoidProcess and Jen for the great advice and tips!!
It would be much easier if they were on the same nap schedule, but that's asking for too much, huh?
