We had some losers last week and hopefully we will repeat the same this week. So go ahead and post your weights any day of the week that you wish. Good luck ladies
I'm going to try to weigh in on Mondays and not step on the scale the rest of the week. I lost 1.5 lbs this week, maybe b/c i stopped eating bagels, but boy do I miss them!!
Congrats Leslie and Lori. You guys are dropping those pounds
Lynnie - Yeah sometimes not weighing is better then weighing. If I feel that I haven't been doing well then I will start working extra hard so that the next time that I weigh I will definitely see a loss. You can do it girl! Make it a good week

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.
Yosemite was beautiful! I hiked 15 of the 17 miles
to Half Dome, saw two waterfalls and plenty of squirrels.
I didn't finish the hike but I'm still proud of myself. I
didn't know I can make it that far up. Anyhow, that
would be my challenge next year!
Great Job Leslie & Jess. Jess, I am so jealous, 162!! I was so close about a month ago, 163, then I gained 2 lbs. Boy, how I long for my scale to say 162!
Excellent Job Pocky!! 15 Miles !!??! I am so impressed, way to go girl!!
Lynnie, sorry that you're so stressed, but sometimes a little stress is good. I'm sure you'll get back on track soon.
OK. I know I was a little out of control in my eating, and my scale showed that. I saw this morning a gain of about five pounds!! Then, since I joined TOPS tonight, I weighed in for the first time on their scale, and it showed a gain of eight pounds!! I know scales can differ, and I know I weighed in the evening with clothes and shoes on, but that still seemed like a lot. So, I'm going to start going by the TOPS weigh in, even though it seems to be a lot higher than what I was used to.
9/13: 190
9/20:190
10/6: 198
The good news is I'm rid of my bad attitude. I'm really, really ready to lose this extra weight. So, expect a loss next Monday!! I know I am!
Well, I weighed in this morning at an even 200. A nice, even number, right? I struggled with some disappointment, because I was *really* excited to get to Onederland this week....but here's what I'm telling myself about it:
*I still lost (at 1 lb. it's my smallest loss so far), instead of gaining or even maintaining
*It HAS been a kinda tough week, I've struggled with mindless snacking some
*I'm having my TOM right now, and having to weigh in a day early probably didn't help as far as water retention
*Now I can look forward to getting to Onederland NEXT week!!!
Trying to frame things in a positive light--I really AM thankful that I still showed a loss. I do know that a loss of any kind is always better than a gain!
Have a happy weekend,
Jen
You're right, Jen. A loss is still a loss no matter how small, and one pound is definitely not too shabby! Way to go on this loss, and we'll see you in Onderland next week (It'll make the celebration even better since you had to wait an extra week!). Congratulations, and keep up the great work -- you're amazing!!
