Hello all. I'm a 28-year-old girl trying to figure out what struggles our age group has with eating out while trying to lose weight! What do you guys struggle with?!

One of my biggest issues is knowing what the best options are when I get to a restaurant! I feel like all my friends want to do is get together and eat, which is totally fine with me, but the problem is that it's hard to be the only one trying to make god decisions! I often find myself saying things like "well, I'll just have what I really want today and do better tomorrow".

It's a true struggle.

I'm 25, I usually do the same thing! I think to myself "I'm going out with friends and I don't do this x amount of times so why not treat myself?"

I use this as an excuse to eat bad basically the whole day through and I end up feeling awful afterwards.

It also doesn't help that my friends have crazy fast metabolisms and can eat whatever, whenever, and there I am thinking how unfair it is.
