I have been looking for a support group of some sort for a while now, and ended up settling on one that I had to purchase a subscription for. However, I wanted something I didn't want to spend money on, and that's when I found this site. I'm 24, a single mom to 2 girls, and want to lose about 70lbs.

Welcome . Good to see another mom. 70 lbs can be done in a year or less at 1-2 lbs a week. Hope you are going to give yourself time to transform. Everybody has a unique body so I don't know how quickly you might lose. What's your timeline? Have you chosen a weight loss system or plan?
