Hi all! I'm Ashley and even though I joined this site a long time ago, I haven't been back in years. Currently I'm 28 yo 4'11 SW: 170 CW: 157 and almost a month in.

Hoping to hear from other vertically challenged ladies about the progress they've made and challenges + successes.

Hi! I also joined a long time ago but haven't been too active! I am just under 5'1". SW: 173.5 CW: 162, and I am three weeks in! Started off really fast, and things are slowing down to a more sustainable weight loss pattern! I am in a show that open June 2 of this year and would like to slim down as much as possible for that! I am finally feeling motivated again, so here I am!

Hi! I'm 5'1" too and it's nice to see some others my height. I started at 175 and lost pretty quickly (25ish pounds in 9 pounds, fast for me) and now I seem to be stuck hovering around 148. Very frustrating!

Hi! Welcome! Congratulations on the 25 lbs! Plateaus are so frustrating, but part of the process. I'vehit my first one and it's so annoying, but I'm trying to struggle on, hahah!
