Getting out of the 200's and wanting buddies!!

Hey I am currently in the upper 200 zone looking to get down to a goal weight of 120-130lbs and I'm looking for support to help me get there. I am doing a low carb diet (no bread, pasta, rice potatoes etc.) and only getting my carbs from fruits and vegetables. That plus protein has been my plan and it has worked but after a month or so i am in a rut. I need to move on but i don't know how.... Any ideas???

Are you working out? Usually it happens with me when I am on a low carb. It takes a month or so and then the weight comes off easily. Combine your diet with workout or exercise plan for efficient and quick results.
I am also doing low carb, eating fruits (no bananas) and vegetables. If you're looking for weight loss buddies we have two similar threads on this forum.

Good luck on your weight loss journey!

My diet is pretty high in carbs so I can't help you much there but I agree with findingmyway13, you should look more into exercise if you haven't already. Maybe gaining a little muscle and moving some more will get you out of that rut. Also, if you've been keeping track of calories and have stopped losing weight anyway I would buy a food scale and weigh your food for accuracy. Measuring cups and spoons can be deceptive, you could be taking in more calories than you think.
