Another pound loss this AM! I mean, I know its water weight but it's still so dang nice to actually see results. I can't let myself get used to this kind of weight loss otherwise I am going to be sorely disappointed when I'm not losing water weight anymore!
Todays work out is going to be 1 hour PiYo and then 20 min elliptical and some weights!

Wooo!!!! :carrot: I think it's great, as long as it keeps you motivated long enough for you to form good habits. I kind of hit a plateau but hoping I get over the hump soon :crossed:

No weight loss today, and probably won't see any tomorrow! We went to a baseball game today and I ate nachos, and then I had sushi. So, yeah. It's been a bad day.
Tomorrow, fruit, salad, veggies and chicken will be my best friends!
also, didn't get any work outs in yesterday or today. Need to fix that! Argh!

Hope yesterday went better :)

I'm just going to write down a sort of to-do list for this week.

Monday to Friday
1) work out everyday - ballet beautiful
2) no eating after 9pm
3) healthy snacking - dried fruits, nuts, fresh fruits and veggies
4) 3-4 meals - all small portions
5) finish revisions and submit both studies

Had a gain this morning and I'm actually really upset about it. Argh. I like your list, hazeldust, I think I might adopt it :)
I've been eating fruits/veggies and drinking lots of water today! Trying to undo the damage I did over the weekend.
I did make it to the gym this morning and am planning on either going to yoga or doing PiYo tonight!

Try not to focus on the gain, just keep going forward.

I've done well today. First day in a while I was able to control my eating. Still have to do my work out tonight.

I gained yesterday but I'm down a bit today :D

Ate lots of fruits and veggies today, 3 L of water and lean protein :) I think I'm gonna put the scale a way for a little while, i've become too dependent on that stupid number. I really need to focus on getting in to healthy habits and taking care of my body!

Good idea on leaving the scale behind!

I've gone down a couple lbs. Really happy about that since I've been on a steady incline the past couple months. Hopefully I'll keep going down!
