Nice to meet you all I'm a returner, having been a serial lurker on my old account, as well as a serial yoyo dieter for most of my life. I'm 23 from East England and I have struggled all my life with my weight. Never ever had the pleasure of being lovely and slim! But I plan to change that :D

I have decided this time to break it into tiny bits, as my main issue lies with patience and wanting things to happen RIGHTNOWORELSE and when they don't, I get bored and give up. (high functioning Autism! :D ) My first goal is to get below 20 stone (280lbs), which will be my lowest weight since my mid teens. I'm just 9lbs off of that mini goal to start with, so here goes!

My name is Quitra and I am new here. I'm from Missouri and I just turned 29 years old. I have been struggling with my weight for about 5 years now. I currently weigh 235lbd. My ultimate goal is to get down to 175lbs. I fell like I have a long way to go. I have trouble with dieting and consistency why the gym and working out. I need virtual support for the first time. Hopefully this works!

Hii Quitra! :D I also have a long way to go but you've done the important thing - made the first step! :D Now you just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
