Hi everyone!
Here's an update on this week's goals: I had a hard time not snacking. I think it's because it was my TOM. As the week progressed, it was better. Still working on portion sizes but feel that I'm getting the hang of how hungry I am and how much I want to put in my plate before eating. August 18-24 I'll be travelling this week. My goal is to stay on top of portions like I wanted to do this week and to not feel like I have to finish my plate. I do not want to restrict myself in the kids of foods I eat but rather the amount I'll have. I also want to have at least 4 bottles (8 glasses) of water a day, especially when travelling! |
