Monthly Weight Loss: Well, in absolute terms, I have put on 7.4 pounds but of course if my scales had been wrong until August 30th then I don't know what I have gained or lost as I don't know my true starting weight! I'll just try hard next month, the fact that my scales were wrong doesn't actually mean I have put on weight, it just means I was wrong about what I thought my weight was.
