  • So i was looking through the threads to find the lets get out of the to see how low they go and i found my post from 9 months ago on 10-20-2013.i was happy i was 156 and excited to go down.I made it to 154 and then i gave up and stopped.It makes me wonder where i would be if i hadnt gived up 9 months ago.i would probably be in matience by now.This time im not giving up and i hope that anyone reading this wont give up either.
  • My measurements are almost *exactly* what they were when I was here 3 years ago, because I've put zero effort in. Coming across that information was really upsetting. Three wasted years. Thinking about how long it will take to reach our goals is just ridiculous. That time is going to pass whether we make a change or not.

  • It's common to have a restart when you're losing weight plus there's nothing you can do about the past. I restarted at 168lbs on February 9th 2014 and now I weigh 147lbs! So at this rate I could lose 30lbs in nine months and so could you guys! So think of it like that; yes you could have been a lot lighter now if you had spent the last nine months consistently losing weight but if you focus for the next nine months you could be 30lbs lighter! That would take you both to your goals by April!
