Hello everyone!
I have a question about loose skin as a result of weightloss. I know that it has probably been discussed but i'm afraid none of it has quite answered my quesions. So anyway, here it is:
I am a 21 year old female who has been overweight most of my life. Over the last year due to being in an unhappy relationship and suffering with my mental overall wellbeing I gained even more weigh (YIKES) and then I realised that it was time to change.
So amazingly over the last 5 months, I have gone down from 120.5 kgs (265 ponds) to 89 kgs (196 pounds) and am aiming to lose another 19kgs. I have done this in the healthy way, eating healthily, sleeping regularly and exercising everyday, so for some reason my body has just decided to lose weight quickly.
With this info in mind, I have a few questions:
1. How likely is it that I will be left with masses of excess skin?
2. Any advice on how to help minimise the chances?
3. How can you tell if you are getting excess skin and
3. How likely is it that it would go back on its own?
Im just worried that I am working so hard to love my body for the first time, to only end up with a body I wont be able to love, you know?
Thank you heaps guys, any help would be hugely appreciated <3
