New to 3 Fat Chicks!

Hi! I am new to the websit and would just like to say hi! I have been on WW since Jan. 4 and have lost 45 #'s so far! Still have 25 to go! Anyone from Illinois or Northern MO??

Hi Julie-

Good to have you here...it's a great way to get motivated!!! Congrats on the 45#'s you have come a long ways. I do Atkins (loosely, no bread, pasta or sugar and don't worry about anything else) and it's working alright. I have lost 15#'s in the last 2 months, I am hoping it keeps up but I have to get my act to gether and exercise!!

Anyway...good to have you...use the journals to keep you motivated !!!

Welcome, Julie!

It looks like lots of us are new here! Good to have you. I've only been posting on this board a couple weeks (if that) myself. I'm doing my own thing (eating/exercise) and have lost 7.5 lbs. in the last 2 1/2 weeks! And looking forward to more great losses. Keep posting & we'll all be able to continue to motivate each other!

Welcome Julie!!! Congrats on your weight loss success. That is great! I've lost about 40 pounds and have a few more to go :) I am located in Illinois right now.. although my home town is the west coast (oregon/washington area).
