Up a bit from my low in March due to TOM. I'm hoping this is the month I reach a new all time adult low. My previous low was 73.6 kg which I saw for a day before I went on vacation for 3 weeks in January.

Weekly Weight Loss: -0.6 kg Monthly Weight Loss: -0.6 kg 8: 73.8 9: 73.9 10: 73.8 11: 73.9 12: 73.9 13: No WI- sick 14: 73.7- I've been sick which for me means eating normal though higher carbs and staying in bed so I'm shocked. An increase tomorrow won't surprise me. Why in the heck am I not losing but instead gaining? I've never been stalled for this long without a loss. I wanted to be close to 185 by now. How am I ever going to get to my goal of 175 by June if I keep gaining? I think I need to re-think how I'm going about this. Maybe I need to increase my calories or start exercising. Maybe I should stop weighing myself every day. Maybe I should do some weight training to help build muscles so I burn more calories. Yogini99- TOM is Time Of Month or your period. A lot of us feel it has a big impact on our weights so we keep a record of it. For me, I find I lose most of my weight for the entire month the last couple days of TOM plus the first couple days afterwards. It affects all us girls differently though!
