Default nsv: i actually got up

this is going to sound so silly to some of you, since i know you have kids and probably sleep like...never but total NSV for me today: i actually drug my butt out of bed at 6 AM and made it to the gym before work.

lately my schedule with work and my boyfriend's work schedule and our dog's pee schedule, it makes more sense for me to go to the gym in the mornings instead of after work. i've had the intentions of doing this for probably a week and a half but every time my alarm goes off at 5:45 i just auto-pilot shut it off and reset it for 7:15. i have always been a marathon sleeper, i will never EVER turn down an opportunity to sleep in and sometimes i can sleep for 12 hours at a time. so this is a pretty big step for me. but it feels good, i think i can probably keep doing that. it wasn't absolutely miserable!

Oh man, MAJOR PROPS to you! I'm currently struggling to get my arse out of bed before 11:30am!! Today I managed 10:30 and felt pretty darn proud until I read this!! I, too, am a sleepaholic. And now I've nowhere to be in the mornings I take advantage!!

I totally know what you mean, I could sleep for 12 hours too, and still be tired! Working out is hard but it's also fun and rewarding! So remember that, and you won't fall short of your goals!

Kudos to you! I only need to walk about ten feet to reach my treadmill in the morning, lol.
