Feeling overwhelmed

This is my second go at seriously losing weight after I regained all but 4lbs.i follow quite a few fitblrs.these people live at the gym.i have no idea what a leg day is and I don't wanna find out.i like to loose by doing c25k then adding 2 classes.they all eat only organic and seem perfect and have amazing bodies and complicated workouts.i feel like I can do this then I get on there and go well dam look what I could be doing.

Why view the fitblrs so negatively? They are definitely meant for inspiration, not desecration!!

I would suggest stopping that practice if it is already making you feel that overwhelmed by going to the gym if you haven't started already. You have to start somewhere.... just like all of those people that run their fitblrs did. Why not make your own inspirational fitblr? You could start by posting little sayings such as "even if you're slow, you're still lapping the guy on the couch" kinda thing? It works! I'm tellin' ya!

Here's my bottom line. You can't compare yourself to anybody but the person you were yesterday. Take it from me, I'm a twin. I know what it's like to make some comparisons. Just take it a day at a time. One day, you'll be doing your leg day and it will be awesome. Go you!
