Sorry, don't mean to keep spamming this thread :/

I've started a new thread for the smaller stature ladies with 40lbs-ish to lose; 'Zirconium Petites'. Come say hi! :)

ParkTrot 01-29-2014 06:42 PM

CharityMarie We're not bodytwins but I am adding you on myfitnesspal if thats ok? The more friends the better on there...more motivation to look at it!

I'd definitely loooove to find someone with similar stats to me, so we'll see.

I'm 21 and 5'4
S: 235 C: 192ish GW: 145 (My lowest since starting my WLJ is 175ish but I had a crazy 6 months recently)

Eating wise I count calories, and am mostly paleo (80% on, 20% off but still whole foods), I do have planned cheat meals/drinking nights. I am EXTREMELY active - running, crossfit, etc (training for fitness competitions), or at least I am getting there. I'm coming back on track after having a struggle last year involving a lot things, primarily a head injury from a car accident. I work as a coach and I am in school to become an EMT.

i don't know if i'm jumping on this bandwagon too late! but if there are still people looking for numbers twins, pm me :)

I'm 21 and 5'2.5
SW: 220 CW: 216 GW: a toned/muscled 140 or a skinny 130

I've been dieting on and off for a long while but i started again just about 1 week ago. I graduated from college in December so I am home now which has been a struggle because of all the junk food my parents buy. Well that and my lack of self-control.

In the past I lost 50lbs with weightwatchers so i am doing a hybrid of WW and myfitnesspal. I think I like WW better just because counting calories puts me in a really weird/bad headspace. I'm in the middle of applying to grad schools, which is super stressful and doesn't help with my overeating!

If anyone is still looking for a numbers twin let me know! :)

No such thing as too late whiskeylemon! :)

I believe if you read back a couple posts someone started a group for she shorter statutes girls! Join your group of twins and best of luck! (We sortof ended up separating off on our own tall and short, just because it seems gals around the same height understand the struggles of eachothers weight battles a little more intimately! So, this thread became slightly less active. But hopefully it's still of use to everyone! :) yay!)

GW: 130(ish)

I'm focusing more on NSVs such as measurements, fitness, and overall change in body shape. I'm calorie counting (1400-1500/day), trying to eat whole foods, cut out artificial sweeteners, and hitting the gym 5x/week for running and weight training.

We are definitely body twins!! :) Same age too!

Attention other shorties!
I'm 28 years old, 5'1, currently 220 lbs and am trying to reach 110 lbs by December 31st.
Who's with me!

ruby5839 02-09-2014 11:20 AM

What a great idea! I could definitely use a body twin buddy to keep on track with!

I'm about 5'2", CW: 163 lbs. GW: 125 lbs.

I've developed some bad eating habits the last few months, but I'm restarting my weight loss journey this week and would like to be near my goal weight by the summer. I'm counting calories and use MyFitnessPal (my username is rcizzle feel free to add me!). For exercise, I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred, Pilates classes, swim laps occasionally, and am going to restart C25K this week.

Ideally, I would like to find a buddy to be accountable to and check-in with daily or a couple times a week via e-mail or Facebook because I'm not very consistent with logging onto 3FC.

Im 5'7, 20yrs old

SW: 187
CW: 183
GW: 160

I have had successful things in the past for weight loss but just don't have time for so strict of an eating schedule due to school, two jobs, ect.

So right now I have just been doing the "Lose it!" App downloaded on my phone. I lost a good amount so far. I love Jillian Michaels vids and will start up on the the 30 day shred as soon as I get the chance.
