I have a hard time with portion control and motivation. Picking up some weights tomorrow to start P90x at home. Hopefully with some activity and some portion control (as well as some clean-er eating, I'll be able to accomplish something).
I'm 23 years old and 5'4
S/C/G: 174/151.8/125 (Current as of 1/13's weigh-in)
Diet-wise, I focus my eating on lowered carbs and sugars rather than calorie counting (so either way I'm still a label reading freak!). So if I were to gear my eating habits toward any 'diet' out there, it would be Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Cure.
Exercising wise is, unfortunately, where I lack. I attempt to go on our exercise bike at least 4-5x a week for at least half an hour to an hour. I'm also attempting the 30 day plank challenge, though I'm severely out of shape.
hey, I think we are pretty close! I am 25years old, 5'5 and currently at 145lbs, aiming for 125lbs as well. I used to be 179lbs or even more years ago and got down to 123lbs once. PM me if you're interested.
I don't follow a special diet, but I have an eye on my calories. I'll have to get back to really measuring my food, though. I don't do sports at the moment due to the weather and upcoming exams, but I try to walk as much as I can during the day. I got a fitbit one in October, it's really motivating me to move more!
I count calories, and have been doing more exercise lately, including lifting! I have lots of dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free), but I love to cook and bake.
If any of you lovely people think we could be body twins or even regular sisters, let me know!
I'm 26 and 5'6, SW:200 CW:144 GW:125
I'm gluten free, lactose intolerant, and a vegetarian. I eat mainly unprocessed foods and cook a lot. I eat out once a week and usually relax a bit on the weekends. I count calories and try and keep track of my macros, but not too into it. Exercise is something I love, but when I'm in school its almost impossible. I love hiking more then anything. I'm trying to find ways to squeeze exercise into my daily plan.
Espronceda I feel like we are probably eating twins!
I'm in I'm currently at 191 and am shooting for around 135 and I'm about 5 for 6.
I'm almost 26 and working part time while I apply to masters programs. I gained a ton of weight when I moved home from college due to medicines and bad habits and am working to get rid of it. I try to limit sugars more because my body doesn't react to well to them and just keep my calorie reasonable. My workouts not specific yet but try to get in daily cardio. Where's my twin?!?!
LawGirl88 You and I are basically twins!! Let's see if we can find others!
I just turned 26, 5'4'', weighing in at 189, and looking to get to 135.
Right now I don't have a job, but I'm looking! Hubby's in the Army so I've been moved across the country and now I'm facing down a looming deployment. This is my chance to get myself into the best shape of my life and finally feel good about myself. I'm going to be starting the South Beach diet, which focuses on complex carbs and getting rid of sugars and simple carbs. I also try to get in 5 workouts a week (mon-fri), 3 of them focusing on cardio and the other two focusing on strength training.
